this took me along time to make, and it took me longer to get off my ass and make a new deviant art account, buuuut, its Sam Pepper! 
it started out as a sketch for Art homework then i scanned it and opened photoshop and this happened.
it took me about 5 hours or so in total.
first ~drawing~ ive done in photoshop so im proud.
